Terms of service
Terms governing use of this website and the basis on which we provide services.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Acceptance
By using nodexa.us you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
What this website is
An informational site describing our services. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quote, or professional advice for your specific situation. Service descriptions are general; what we actually deliver to a given client is defined in that client's signed agreement.
Service commitments
Response times, coverage hours, and inclusions shown on this site describe our standard managed services agreement. They become binding only when set out in an executed agreement between us and a client. Specific terms vary by service tier and scope.
Quotes and pricing
Pricing is quoted individually based on your environment, user count, and requirements. Any figures discussed before a formal written quote are estimates. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Your responsibilities
If you engage us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your environment and access needed to perform the work
- Maintain valid licenses for software we're asked to support
- Designate someone authorized to approve changes and expenditure
- Tell us promptly about incidents, outages, and suspected security events
Intellectual property
Content on this site — text, design, and branding — belongs to Nodexa. You may not reproduce it commercially without permission. Documentation we produce about your environment during an engagement belongs to you.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on it.
Liability relating to delivered services is governed by the limitations in the relevant signed services agreement, not by this page.
Third-party links
We're not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised version.
