Privacy policy
How we handle information collected through this website.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Who we are
Nodexa ("we", "us") provides managed IT services to businesses in the United States. This policy covers the website at nodexa.us. Questions go to hello@nodexa.us.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us:
- Contact form submissions — name, company, email, phone, state, staff count, and whatever you write in the message field
- Email and phone correspondence when you contact us directly
- Server logs — our host records IP address, browser type, and pages requested, as standard for any web server
We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone, ever.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and provide services if you become a client. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a contact form.
Who we share it with
We use third-party providers to operate the site and our business — web hosting, email, and form processing. They handle data only to provide those services. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
We may disclose information where legally required, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become client relationships are retained up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records are retained for the duration of the relationship plus the period required by tax and contractual obligations.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nodexa.us and we'll respond within 30 days.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request deletion. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the IP address of visitors as part of serving those files. If we add analytics in future, this section will be updated and a cookie notice added.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We apply the same security practices to our own systems that we recommend to clients — multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure, and we don't claim otherwise.
Children
This is a business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
